Students should wear comfortable shoes that provide reasonable support and have leather or other smooth soles. To be avoided: rubber-soled or crepe-soled shoes, sneakers, sandals.

We owe our lasting thanks to Alberto Paz and Valorie Hart of Planet Tango, who held the first Argentine tango workshops here, and provided the spark that lit the flame of tango in the Hudson Valley. They have made many visits to our area since, and each time, their instruction and inspiration carries us to another level of tango skill and enjoyment.
